This refund policy sets out the complete return and refund  terms and conditions applicable to the products purchased on this website www.meta-medix.com (the “Website“) owned and operated by us, Meta Medix d.o.o., a company registered and acting under the law of Slovenia (the “Company”).

We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should periodically visit this page to review the then current privacy policy to be aware of the return and refund terms and your rights relating thereto.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days from the date of sending the withdrawal notice. Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Please note that, in accordance with Slovenian consumer protection law, certain products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons once opened. This includes food supplements, if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

Return due to Defects

If your product is damaged upon delivery, you have 14 calendar days to return the product, starting from the delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier.

To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following demands:

• a photo of the damaged product or substance must be sent to info@meta-medix.comas a proof of damage;
• your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it;
• your product must be in its original packaging;
• your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund once our inspection is done. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Refund

If your refund is approved in accordance with this policy, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the later of (a) the date we receive your withdrawal notice or the date we approve the return, as applicable, or (b) the date we receive the returned product. The term of receiving the refund may also depend on your credit card issuer’s policies.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the product, unless otherwise agreed with us.

Replacement

In case you want to replace the damaged product with another one (it can be either the same product or another product of the similar or lower price), please send us a photo of such replacing product you are interested in together with the photo of the damaged product. If the price of the replacing product is lower than the price of the damage one, we will initiate a refund of the balance as described above. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or replacing your product. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund.
